What De-Herniation Can Mean For You

 

WE have all heard of sciatica and most of us have experienced the pain. This condition can be caused by a disc issue. The disc is a jelly-filled ligament that is located between the bones of your back. When a section of this ligament gets weak or has too much force applied to it, we can get what is called herniation.

 

New research has shown that our bodies can actually reabsorb this disc back to where it should be.
